Our Pals offer drop in petsitting to meet your needs while you’re away at work. Services can be bundled for multi-day drop-in care, feeding, medication management, and daily home tasks. These services are for ALL pets indoor or outdoor.

Routine and Structure
Pets thrive on consistency. Our sitters adhere to structured arrival windows, ensuring visits align with pets’ routines and alleviate stress. We adapt each drop-in visit to suit the pet's individual needs, energy levels, and personality, whether it’s meal preparation, medication administration, or enrichment activities.

Comfort and Enrichment
Each visit is tailored to ensure pets feel safe, loved, and engaged. This includes playtime for cats, mental stimulation for dogs, and attention to each pet’s preferences. Enrichment activities like interactive toys, cuddle time, or scent-based exploration are incorporated into visits.

Transparency and Communication
We provide detailed updates through our app after each visit, including photos, a summary of activities, and observations about your pet's mood and health. For dog drop-ins, GPS tracking and notes on potential hazards (e.g., loose dogs, wildlife) in the area are included to ensure transparency.

Potty Break Guidelines
The standard for how long pets can be left alone between potty breaks varies by age, as younger pets and seniors have more frequent needs. No dog should go 12 hours without a potty break, which is why we set 8 hours as the maximum interval for drop-in-related care. Making a pet hold their bladder for longer than 6-8 hours increases the risk of health issues, regardless of age or physical condition. There is an exception to overnight care.

1. Scheduling Bundled Visits

   • 2x Daily Drop-In Packages:

     • Must include a break no more than 8 hours apart. If this isn't feasible, a midday alternative must be arranged.

     • Only available for half day booking needs.

   • 3x Daily Drop-In Packages:

     • Perfect for households needing consistent care and potty breaks across the day. Visits will be spread morning, midday, and evening to provide the most balanced care.

2. Customized Care During Visits

   • Feeding, medication administration, and litter box care.

   • Interactive playtime and mental stimulation.

   • Tailored routines for multi-pet households.

3. Flexible Solutions

   • If your schedule requires longer gaps between visits, we can work with you to create an alternative care plan, such as adding a midday walk or scheduling an overnight care session.
