This page is for new and existing clients seeking more information about services. All clients seeking additional information regarding our services are encouraged to submit an application. If we are unable to meet your needs immediate needs, we are happy to more community resources!

Step 1: Apply

Submit your New Client Application to get started. Our admin team (Ashly, Georgia, and Paola) will review your basic information and reach out within 24-48 hours. We will reach out with follow-up questions or the next steps.

  • Home Address: We need to know your exact location to see which Pals live near you that may meet your needs best.

  • Keys: All keys passed off to Pals during the meet and greet will be inventoried and logged on the Pals with a unique code we issue. This ensures you know where your keys are at all times. We are happy to accommodate unique security needs (e.g., lockboxes, fobs, keyless entry, receptionist pass-offs, Apps).

Step 2: Get Matched with your Pals

Meet your dedicated Pals, who are ready to provide expert care for your pets. Once we receive your application, we will take a look over your information/needs and assess your Pals accordingly. We will take some time to email you about specifics while setting up the initial intake meeting. This first meeting generally takes 30-45 minutes and is a full home and pet intake with two Pals. We establish initial care for two pals to ensure availability, support, and emergency service coverage. Some clients needing more high volume of care, may need to meet additional Pals to ensure full time availability for services.

Please note as of Feb 1st, 2025, we will be charging a re-meet fee for any additional Pals that may need to be introduced to your home after the initial intake assessment.

  • Pals: Independent contractors must pass a criminal background check and show proficiency, passion, and experience with home care and animals. Pals have agreed to meet PetPals, LLC Standards of Care. Not all Pals offer the same services (ex., overnights/boarding care), but all are privately licensed, bonded, and insured.

Step 3: Activate your account

We offer emergency services - meaning when you are in a crisis and need immediate pet care, we will do everything in our power to be there for you and your family. In situations like these, we ask that you fill out your home and pet profiles in their entirety.

Log into your pet's details and home care profile in Time to Pet for seamless, personalized service. We will send you your activation code once we establish care introductions via email. You can download the Time to Pet Client App for 24/7 messaging and convenient on-the-go scheduling and billing.

Step 4: Request Services

We will coordinate with you over email for your initial service requests. Once you download the app and set up your profile, you can begin requesting services at any time.

We book three months in advance during the year and establish waitlists for busy periods.

  • Templates: Create recurring templates for weekly dog-walking or drop-in care services. Email us to establish a template for you. You can set up auto-pay and will receive an invoice 24 hours before the payment is due on a bi-weekly basis.

    • Ideal for 12-hour shift schedules, teachers, medical personnel, etc.

  • Overnights/Boarding: We ask that overnight requests be submitted as soon as you know your dates. Availability is limited, and books are out up to three months in advance.

    • Please submit your package type 1x across your expected travel needs. Write in the note your arrival and departure time and we will customize the package for you.

Step 5: Staying connected

Welcome to the community! Now that you’re here, we’d love to stay connected! We regularly send out daily reminders, scheduling updates over Time to Pet.

  • Private Messaging: Only the admin will see these messages.

  • General Messaging: Any approved Pal on your team will be able to see these messages.

  • Newsletters: Georgia sends out monthly newsletters to announce raffles and games, community insights, and pet care tips.

  • Socials: We got all of em! Follow us to see your pet on our daily Instagram stories

Thanks for coming this far, we are excited to meet you! For this form, please don't sweat the small stuff. We will chat more very soon, and we’ll have you start filling out more of your profile later. This part is to get the basics of care needs down so we can build your profile ahead of time.

You’re most likely here because you need a new pet care person; we got you. If you need care right away, fill that part of the form out. If you don't need immediate care and just looking to establish a care plan, we can do that too!

You can expect a response within 24-48 hours to notify you we are looking over your request. We will look it over and send it to the Pals that can meet your most immediate needs; for longer-term care, we may need to introduce more down the road.
